What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a drug
free way of treating illness
allowing you to feel better,

quality and to stay free of
disease. It can be used alone
or to assist as a complimentary
medicine with traditional medical
treatments.

How long are the consultations?
The length of a consultation
can vary, depending on the
individual client. A series

will vary according to individual
needs.

need?
The length of treatment depends
on each individual, the illness,

status. Your practitioner will
make future appointments according

client. The aim is for the
healing process to be gradual
and steady, whilst educating
you to look after yourself.

What can I expect at the
initial consultation?
An initial consultation will
take an hour and a half.
A thorough case history of
your current health and past
medical history will be taken.
An iridology assessment is
used to assess where to prioritise
and begin your treatment plan,
iridology also helps with follow-up
consults as to how effective
the treatment plan is. Iridology
is one of the most accurate
forms of diagnosis as there
is direct links to all the
organs and tissues of your
body.
Assessment of any pharmaceutical
medications and natural supplements
taken will be reviewed for
possible interactions and to
analyse if natural medicines
taken are appropriate and in
the correct form and dosage.
Please bring with you any tests
taken within the last 3 years
which will be used to assist
with your treatment, e.g. liver
function, thyroid hormones,
kidney function, prostate PSA
results, blood tests and cholesterol
levels (including LDL, HDL
and TG breakdowns).
Nutrition plays an important
role in becoming well, so your

to give you the best health
benefits.

as to what is the best treatment
plan for you, which may include

vitamins, minerals and or massage,
counselling, diet, lifestyle
changes, weight loss programs.
